Home Office Furniture Feng Shui

Home Office FurnitureThe placement of home office furniture is important in work, success, and health.  Since you have more control over your home and placement of furniture for your home office, you might as well keep it Feng Shui kosher to help you get all the energy you need to ensure health, wealth, and success.  Keep furniture piece placement symmetrical and balanced, most importantly it should allow you to feel comfortable and able to concentrate.  Bad placement with sharp turns/edges/angles will attack your mind and energy away from work and a lot of frustration in work.  L shaped offices have imbalanced energy that causes illness, and U shaped offices have incomplete energy that causes friction in working relationships.  Offices should allow for space for good movement and traffic flow, and mirrors can be used to increase the sense of space as well.

    Entertainment CentersFor good Feng Shui in the home, place your electronics and organize it with an entertainment center in the west or northwest section of your home.   The metal element of feng shui is activated by having the electronics in the west/northwest areas.  Keeping it organized with an entertainment center is even better because less clutter ensures smoother energy of the metal element to benefit the father and children of the household.  Even copy machines and fax machines can be used in this manner for home offices or rooms where you need to place it to activate this energy.

    Good locations in Feng Shui bring great wealth to the people in that location.  So choosing a location for your home or business with the right Feng Shui criteria can bring forth beneficial energy for wealth.  Look for a location with support to symbolize protection and foundation, such as having hills behind the building.  Facing slow moving water feeds the energy, since water symbolizes the sustenance of life, moving water in front of the building helps emphasize that energy.  Green and healthy plants, grass lands, and vegetation surrounding the location means that there is something about the natural environment of that area that will bring health to the people at that location as well, and that is a form of wealth too, since people need to be healthy in order to enjoy and make their wealth.  A good location benefits those for generations to come, for both families and long lasting businesses.  A location is always a good first step in having good Feng Shui.

    Feng shui is not just inanimate objects, it is also the space, air, and sounds you hear around you.  And one key thing is that early in the morning between 7am and 9am is the hour of the Dragon.  So if you engross yourself with happiness, happy thoughts, delightful music, and a nice view of the start of the day then you will set yourself up for a happy day at work.  Your attitude affected by your controlled Feng shui environment will set the tone for the rest of the day.  So start off with the area around you so that you wake up to the positive and you will be able to control a great day ahead of you at work.
