Seats to the Moon
And since we are doing a Sofa and Loveseat Valentine’s Day Promo, let’s see how far we can “seat you to the moon.”
Fly me to the moon on loveseats 4 times
I’m not going to talk in a sense of “how far it will get you” but rather “how far” in distance this $800 billion can get you.
Let’s look at the ingredients of my thought process:
-You take $800 billion from the stimulus
-Figure the Distance to the moon is about 238,857 miles
-1 mile is about 5,280 feet
-Then we take one of our popular dark brown loveseats that is about 5.4 feet in width
-One of those loveseats cost about $833 at the time of this post
2 Roundtrips on Loveseats to the Moon
Based on my math (correct me if I’m wrong) it will take about 232.8 million of those loveseats to connect you to the moon. Those loveseats would then cost a total of almost $200 billion dollars. So for this Valentine’s Day when you sit on the loveseat with your honey-buns you should know that Obama is getting you and your significant other to the moon on loveseats for 2 round trips.
Distance to the moon is very very far my friend
Hopefully this will get us far enough from the economic meltdown to be safe. Even if it does need to take us as far as the moon 
. But four times to the moon (or 2 round trips) is very very far, so that $800 billion stimulus better take us somewhere. What are your thoughts?
