Gong Hay Fat Choy!  What?  Literal Translation from Cantonese {Congratulations on Rich Luck})  It’s the Lunar (Chinese) New Year in a few days (on 1/24 to be exact).  And it’s going to be the year of the OX (Cow or whatever you want to call it).
