How to: Track Santa on Christmas Eve

by futonL on December 24, 2008

Well believe it or not, the United States government has been tracking the whereabouts of Santa Claus since the 1950s.  No joke!

Ever since 1958 the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) has been tracking Santa’s progress around the world ensuring he can visit every home before Christmas.

You can check out Santa’s progress at www.noradsanta.org and read more about the create of Santa’s tracking system (which started on accident).  If you have Google earth, you can even track Santa in 3D!!

Isn’t technology amazing?   Check out more FAQs
