In light of the current weakening economy, Visiondecor.com thought it best to make the most out of the money that our valued customers decide to spend on our products and services. We focused on our customer’s needs, their desire to resolve issues, and fast turnaround on orders, inquiries, and deliveries. And whenever we can’t fulfill a promise, as we no nobody is perfect (including us), we try our best to communicate that to our customers first hand.
And we are proud to announce and celebrate with team Visiondecor and our customers that we have achieved 94% customer satisfaction rates, which many other online furniture vendors in the industry are by far no where near this level of performance. However, it is important to note, that we are most thankful to our customers in allowing us the opportunity to provide them great product and great service.
