Eco-Friendly Powered by Water Alarm Clock

by futonL on July 16, 2008

Well, I am not sure how this works, but over at Bedol they have an alarm clock that is completely powered by water (and a dash of salt).   Believe it or not, you can own your very own Eco-Friendly Water Powered Clock for just $16.00!    Of course, it is not available until August 15, 2008, but think about all the electricity you will be saving at the cost of a few ounces of water and some table salt.

Here is Bedol’s description:

Eco-Friendly Water-Powered Clock Charcoal
$16.00
Manufacturer : Bedol
Just add water.  Powered by water not batteries! This new clock has a set of electrodes inside that extracts energy from the compound particles that reside in water. It uses water (and a dash of salt) and turns it into energy to power the clock.  Every time you gaze at this clock you will know that you are doing your own little bit to clean up the environment! Available August 15, 2008.   Order now and be sure to be the first on your block with such a cool eco-friendly clock.  Orders will not be processed until after August 15, 2008.
