Since we all know that the future is here, you’re going to need some futuristic modern furniture and decor. If you’re into Sci-Fi like I am, you’re probably always dreaming of that one room in your house that can look like it came out of the Starship Enterprise. I’ve thought about this room for a good long time, and while we may dream, there are usually two factors that prevent your room from, ahem.. materializing. The two most common roadblocks happen to be 1. Money, and 2. The Missus. I can’t really help you with either, but I can show you these cool pieces I found while perusing the Internet. A lot of these items cost upwards of $1000, so don’t expect to get your starship quarters for cheap. But they are definitely attractive, colorful pieces of furniture that can probably weasel their way under the Missus’ radar. Oh, and comfort is another issue. You just can’t have it all.
